istrian malvasia

The Queen

A historic white wine, one of the most widespread
and well-known in all of Istria and Croatia.

Produced with the traditional method, the harvest
usually carried out in mid-September, involves
maceration on the skins for about 48 hours,
fermentation in stainless steel vats with
temperature control, and final refinement in the bottle
before being put on sale.

Morè

istrian red muscat

Red wine for dessert

Left to mature on trellis, vinified in sweet, it is aged for at least two years in barriques previously used for the aging of liqueur wines.
In this way we obtain a wine with a strong alcohol content and aromas that recall the great meditation wines.

Moscato rosso istriano
barba aldo

istrian tèran

Istrian red wine

The Istrian red wine is a very particular wine, it has its
own peculiar characteristic, it lives on its own light,
it can age very well and finds an interesting structure
if aged in small wooden barrels, the 300-liter barriques.

Morèda

Istrian Yellow muscat

Dry white wine

“Morèda” for us is Nonna Elena.

The woman has always been the founding pillar of the family, the hinge and fulcrum of every mechanism. Nonna Elena was all of this and much more.

Our yellow muscat is a symbol of elegance, refinement, femininity while being strong for a white wine.

The yellow muscat “Morèda” knows how to meet everyone’s tastes, just like grandmother Elena knew how to put the family and together and how to make her kids happy.
